二○二二年九月三日（柏林時間）於德國柏林的龍舟競賽。
第二十三屆香港-柏林市盃龍舟賽慶祝香港回歸二十五周年紀念（附圖）
香港駐柏林經濟貿易辦事處（駐柏林經貿辦）贊助第二十三屆香港-柏林市盃龍舟賽，以作為慶祝香港特別行政區（香港特區）成立二十五周年的活動之一。
龍舟競賽於九月三日至四日（柏林時間）在德國柏林格呂瑙區的Olympic Regatta Course 舉行，共有超過四十支來自德國各地的隊伍參與。運動愛好者和家庭均享受這個刺激的年度龍舟競賽，以及賽事期間的美食。
於九月三日的頒獎典禮中，駐柏林經貿辦處長司徒加敏讚揚運動員的出色表現和頒獎予優勝隊伍。駐柏林經貿辦亦於賽事期間設立攤位，向旅客和選手推廣香港。

駐柏林經貿辦處長司徒加敏說：「龍舟賽事的歷史悠久，其起源可追溯至超過二千年前的中國。然而，直至一九七六年，龍舟競賽才由香港發揚光大成為現代國際運動，並推廣至全球。當年香港政府舉辦了首場香港國際賽事，被視為龍舟競賽在現代作為一項運動的開端。」
為慶祝香港特區成立二十五周年，駐柏林經貿辦在中歐及東歐舉辦和參與一系列的活動，包括晚宴、酒會、相片展覽、龍舟比賽、街頭美食節，以至電影節等。
