駐柏林經貿辦處長司徒加敏十二月五日（布達佩斯時間）於午餐會演講。
匈牙利企業在香港的商機
香港駐柏林經濟貿易辦事處（駐柏林經貿辦）十二月五日（布達佩斯時間）舉辦商務午餐會，聚集來自匈牙利的企業領袖和政府官員，讓他們了解香港最新的經濟發展和政府政策。
在「導向門戶——香港作為亞洲商業景象的前奏」的主題下，駐柏林經貿辦處長司徒加敏介紹匈牙利企業如何可從香港的戰略優勢中獲益，以進一步擴展到中國內地和亞洲市場。
行政長官最新的《施政報告》以「拼經濟謀發展 惠民生添幸福」為題，主要聚焦創造一個能夠長遠發展和維持穩定的經濟。司徒加敏介紹各項針對商界的新措拖，旨在促進香港作為全球商業和金融中心的優勢。政府亦會發展「總部經濟」，以吸引海外和內地的新企業和人才。
作為中國內地「一帶一路」倡議的一部分，司徒加敏強調香港作為雙向平台的角色，促進中國內地與「一帶一路」國家之間的合作、融資和專業服務。在香港與匈牙利之間的強大貿易關係和在香港的支持下，匈牙利公司有巨大的潛力在「一帶一路」倡議下把握機遇。
司徒加敏亦分享有關在港外國人員申請簽證到內地的最新便利措施。該措施已於十月二十六日生效。新措施旨在吸引企業、投資和人才，包括允許香港註冊公司的外國人員申請「一簽多行」簽證到內地，並獲加快處理。
